Voor de vijfde maal vindt in Barcelona het festival met de bijzondere naam plaats, in de de prachtige setting van het openluchtmuseum El Poble Espanyol. Be Prog! My Friend biedt de liefhebber van progressieve rock en metal twee dagen mooi weer, een gevarieerde line-up en gezellige gelijkgestemden. Dit jaar met Steve Hackett en A Perfect Circle als headliners, plus nog acht andere bands die veelal ruim de gelegenheid krijgen om zich te presenteren. Jeffrey nam voor de vijfde maal achtereen het vliegtuig naar de Catalaanse hoofdstad om daar met Nederlandse en buitenlandse vrienden te genieten en om verslag te doen van de jubileumeditie.
