Insanity Arise - Insanity Is Your Weapon
Zweedse melodieuze At The Gates-achtige deathmetal. De klap in je gezicht die nieuwe bands als Chimaira, Mnemic en Hatesphere telkens uitdelen. Hardcorepunk geschreeuw dat afgewisseld wordt met clean gezongen refreintjes. Vind je dat de combinatie van deze drie muzikale elementen leidt tot de vetste metalstijl ooit, dan is de demo Insanity Is Your Weapon van het Noord-Italiaanse Insanity Arise misschien wel wat voor jou. De drie songs, intro en outro niet meegerekend, zijn best luisterbaar. Maar echt meeslepend en meedogenloos wordt het nooit. Dus in onze huidige gejaagde cultuur kom je dan al snel uit het op het woordje next.
